These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SmartClassroomSolutions.com and related educational resources and services provided by WeGoNation LLC.

By accessing or using Smart Classroom Solutions, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About Smart Classroom Solutions

Smart Classroom Solutions is an educational platform designed to provide learning resources and interactive educational tools.

The Service may include:

Smart Classroom Solutions is intended for educational use.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Smart Classroom Solutions is not:

• governmental education agency;
• professional licensing organization;
• regulated certification authority;
• medical provider;
• legal adviser;
• financial adviser; or
• mental-health provider.

Educational content available through Smart Classroom Solutions is intended to support learning and should not automatically be treated as professional or regulated advice.

3. Eligibility

Smart Classroom Solutions may be used by:

• students;
• teachers;
• educators;
• parents;
• guardians;
• schools;
• educational organizations; and
• other learners.

Minors should use the Service under appropriate educator, parent, guardian, or school supervision.

Schools and educators are responsible for determining whether the use of Smart Classroom Solutions complies with their own policies and applicable legal requirements.

4. Privacy-by-Design Certificate System

Smart Classroom Solutions is designed so that certificate verification does not require us to maintain a database of student names.

When a certificate is generated, an educator may enter a student's name locally within the web browser.

The student's name is used by the browser to display or print the certificate.

The student's name is not intentionally transmitted to Smart Classroom Solutions servers as part of this process.

Smart Classroom Solutions does not intentionally store the student's name in its certificate-verification database.

Instead, the Service stores an anonymous certificate identifier and limited non-identifying information needed to confirm that a certificate is legitimate.

5. Certificate Numbers

Smart Classroom Solutions may issue a unique certificate number or verification identifier following completion of an eligible activity.

Certificate records may include information such as:

• certificate number;
• certificate type;
• educational activity;
• validity status;
• issuance or completion date; and
• other limited non-identifying verification information.

These records are intended to verify the authenticity of a certificate rather than identify the student who received it.

6. Certificate Generation

An educator may enter a student's name into the certificate-generation page so that the name appears on the printable certificate.

The entered name is processed locally within the browser.

Smart Classroom Solutions does not intentionally retain the entered student name on its servers.

Users understand that information entered or generated on their own device may independently be stored by:

• the browser;
• browser autofill;
• the operating system;
• printer software;
• screenshots;
• downloaded files; or
• other software installed on the user's device.

WeGoNation LLC does not control information independently stored by the user's device or third-party software.

7. Certificate Verification

A certificate number may be entered into Smart Classroom Solutions to determine whether the certificate number corresponds to a valid certificate issued through the Service.

Certificate verification is intended to confirm certificate authenticity.

Verification does not necessarily establish the identity of the individual presenting the certificate.

Because Smart Classroom Solutions does not maintain a server-side association between certificate numbers and student names, users or organizations reviewing certificates may need to confirm the identity of the certificate holder independently.

8. Certificate Misuse

Users may not:

• create counterfeit certificate numbers;
• forge certificates;
• intentionally alter verification information;
• falsely claim that a certificate was issued when it was not;
• manipulate the certificate-verification system;
• use another person's certificate to misrepresent achievement;
• attempt unauthorized access to certificate records;
• circumvent certificate-security mechanisms; or
• falsely represent Smart Classroom Solutions as having independently verified a person's identity.

WeGoNation LLC may invalidate, revoke, block, or correct a certificate identifier if we reasonably determine that it resulted from:

• fraud;
• technical error;
• unauthorized access;
• manipulation;
• misuse; or
• material misrepresentation.

9. Meaning of Certificates

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Smart Classroom Solutions certificate indicates completion or participation in a particular educational activity.

A certificate does not automatically constitute:

• an academic degree;
• school credit;
• college credit;
• a professional license;
• industry certification;
• governmental certification;
• employment qualification;
• admission qualification; or
• proof of professional competence.

Schools, employers, organizations, and other recipients determine for themselves what weight, if any, to give a certificate.

10. Educational Content

Smart Classroom Solutions strives to provide useful and accurate educational information.

However, educational materials may occasionally:

• contain mistakes;
• become outdated;
• require clarification;
• depend on context; or
• differ from a particular school's curriculum.

Teachers and educators should use professional judgment when selecting materials for classroom use.

Important information should be independently verified when appropriate.

11. No Guaranteed Educational Outcome

Smart Classroom Solutions does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in:

• a particular grade;
• test score;
• academic outcome;
• graduation;
• college admission;
• scholarship;
• professional certification;
• employment;
• promotion;
• salary increase; or
• other particular result.

Learning outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of WeGoNation LLC.

12. Quizzes and Assessments

Smart Classroom Solutions may provide quizzes, assessments, and interactive educational activities.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, these are intended for purposes such as:

• learning;
• review;
• practice;
• classroom activities;
• self-assessment; and
• educational reinforcement.

Quiz results should not automatically be treated as official school grades or standardized-test results.

Teachers may separately determine how a Smart Classroom Solutions activity is used within their classroom.

13. Technical Issues During Educational Activities

Internet connections, browsers, devices, software, or server issues may occasionally interrupt an educational activity.

Smart Classroom Solutions does not guarantee that every:

• quiz attempt;
• browser session;
• activity result;
• temporary response; or
• locally entered value

will always be preserved.

Users should maintain copies of important records when appropriate.

14. Acceptable Use

Users must use Smart Classroom Solutions lawfully and appropriately.

Users may not:

• interfere with the operation of the Service;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• exploit security vulnerabilities;
• bypass access controls;
• upload malicious software;
• introduce viruses or malware;
• conduct denial-of-service attacks;
• intentionally overload the Service;
• manipulate quizzes;
• manipulate certificate systems;
• create fraudulent certificate records;
• impersonate another person;
• harass or threaten others;
• use the Service for unlawful activity;
• use the Service to distribute illegal content;
• violate another person's intellectual-property rights;
• attempt to obtain confidential system information; or
• use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Service.

15. Security Testing

Users may not probe, scan, test, exploit, or attempt to bypass Smart Classroom Solutions security systems without prior written authorization from WeGoNation LLC.

Good-faith security researchers may contact us regarding suspected vulnerabilities.

Security testing must not:

• access other users' information;
• damage data;
• disrupt the Service;
• introduce malicious code; or
• violate applicable law.

16. Academic Integrity

Students are responsible for following the academic-integrity requirements established by their teacher, school, district, or educational institution.

These requirements may govern:

• collaboration;
• outside assistance;
• artificial intelligence;
• calculators;
• translation tools;
• research tools;
• code assistants;
• citations;
• copying; and
• original work.

Smart Classroom Solutions does not determine whether a particular form of assistance is permitted for every assignment.

17. Artificial Intelligence

Some educational materials or future Smart Classroom Solutions features may use or incorporate artificial intelligence.

AI-generated or AI-assisted information may:

• contain inaccuracies;
• omit relevant information;
• misunderstand context; or
• generate unexpected responses.

Users should independently evaluate important AI-generated information.

AI output should not automatically be treated as authoritative professional advice.

18. Student Privacy

Smart Classroom Solutions is designed to minimize the collection of student information.

The certificate system does not require WeGoNation LLC to store the student's name or email address.

Student names entered during certificate generation are intended to remain within the user's browser rather than being stored on Smart Classroom Solutions servers.

Users should not intentionally enter unnecessary sensitive personal information into Smart Classroom Solutions.

19. User Responsibility for Local Devices

Users are responsible for securing their own:

• computers;
• tablets;
• phones;
• browsers;
• printers;
• operating systems;
• school devices; and
• local files.

WeGoNation LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to secure their own device or local software.

20. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Smart Classroom Solutions and its original content are owned by WeGoNation LLC or its licensors.

Protected materials may include:

• website code;
• educational content;
• text;
• graphics;
• illustrations;
• branding;
• logos;
• layouts;
• interactive features;
• quiz systems;
• certificate systems;
• software;
• downloadable resources; and
• other original materials.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

21. Limited Permission for Educational Use

Subject to these Terms, users may access and use Smart Classroom Solutions resources for legitimate:

• personal learning;
• classroom instruction;
• education;
• teacher preparation; and
• related noncommercial educational purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, users may not:

• resell Smart Classroom Solutions content;
• mass reproduce copyrighted material;
• republish substantial portions of the website;
• remove ownership notices;
• falsely claim authorship;
• create unauthorized commercial copies;
• scrape substantial amounts of content;
• redistribute proprietary resources commercially; or
• use Smart Classroom Solutions content to create a substantially copied competing service.

Smart Classroom Solutions may reference, promote, sell, or link to books and other educational materials.

Some transactions may occur through third-party marketplaces, bookstores, or payment providers.

Transactions conducted through third-party services are also subject to the third party's:

• payment terms;
• refund policies;
• shipping policies;

• other applicable rules.

WeGoNation LLC is not responsible for technical or operational failures controlled by a third-party marketplace or payment provider.

23. User-Submitted Content

If Smart Classroom Solutions allows users to submit content, users retain any ownership rights they lawfully hold in their original content.

By submitting content, the user grants WeGoNation LLC a limited, nonexclusive license to process that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the requested functionality;
• operate the Service;
• provide technical support;
• secure the Service;
• investigate misuse; or
• comply with applicable law.

WeGoNation LLC does not claim ownership of a student's original work merely because it is processed through the Service.

24. Prohibited User Content

Users may not knowingly submit material that:

• violates privacy rights;
• unlawfully discloses confidential information;
• contains malware;
• contains malicious code;
• constitutes fraud;
• threatens another person;
• exploits minors;
• violates applicable law; or
• contains unlawful sexually exploitative material.

25. Copyright Complaints

WeGoNation LLC respects intellectual-property rights.

If you believe material available through Smart Classroom Solutions infringes your copyright, please provide sufficient information to identify:

• the copyrighted work;
• the allegedly infringing content;
• the location of the material;
• your contact information; and
• the basis of your claim.

We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a valid complaint.

Knowingly submitting a materially false copyright complaint may have legal consequences.

26. Feedback

Users may voluntarily provide:

• ideas;
• suggestions;
• corrections;
• feature recommendations; or
• other feedback.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WeGoNation LLC may use voluntarily submitted feedback to improve Smart Classroom Solutions without payment or obligation.

This does not transfer ownership of student academic work or other protected user content.

Smart Classroom Solutions may link to websites or services operated by third parties.

WeGoNation LLC does not control those third parties.

We are not responsible for their:

• content;
• privacy practices;
• security;
• availability;
• accuracy;
• products;
• services; or
• business practices.

Users should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services before using them.

28. Privacy Policy

Use of Smart Classroom Solutions is also governed by the Smart Classroom Solutions Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains our data-minimization practices, browser-based certificate processing, technical information, security information, and certificate-verification records.

If Smart Classroom Solutions enters into a separate written agreement with a school, district, educational institution, or organization, that written agreement may control to the extent it expressly conflicts with these general Terms.

29. Service Availability

Smart Classroom Solutions may change over time.

WeGoNation LLC may:

• add features;
• modify features;
• update content;
• remove outdated content;
• temporarily suspend features;
• perform maintenance;
• correct technical issues;
• change website design; or
• discontinue functionality.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

30. No Permanent Record Guarantee

Smart Classroom Solutions should not be used as the sole permanent repository for important school records.

Schools and users should maintain their own appropriate records.

Smart Classroom Solutions should not automatically be treated as the official system of record for:

• grades;
• transcripts;
• attendance;
• disciplinary records;
• special-education records;
• permanent student records; or
• other official institutional records.

31. Suspension or Termination

WeGoNation LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary because of:

• abuse;
• fraud;
• security concerns;
• unauthorized access;
• violation of these Terms;
• illegal activity;
• intellectual-property violations;
• technical threats; or
• legal requirements.

Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, systems, or the integrity of the Service.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART CLASSROOM SOLUTIONS IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WEGONATION LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
• THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE ERROR-FREE;
• ALL CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT;
• EVERY DEVICE WILL BE COMPATIBLE;
• EVERY BROWSER WILL FUNCTION IDENTICALLY;
• CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION;
• ALL TEMPORARY INFORMATION WILL BE PRESERVED; OR
• USE OF THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR EDUCATIONAL RESULT.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties or statutory rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

33. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEGONATION LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SMART CLASSROOM SOLUTIONS.

This may include damages related to:

• service interruption;
• lost data;
• lost opportunity;
• device problems;
• reliance on educational content;
• printing problems;
• browser problems; or
• inability to verify a certificate temporarily.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

34. Educator and School Responsibility

Educators and educational institutions remain responsible for:

• determining whether Smart Classroom Solutions is appropriate for their students;
• supervising student use;
• complying with school or district policies;
• complying with applicable privacy requirements;
• determining academic-integrity requirements;
• maintaining official student records;
• evaluating accessibility requirements; and
• determining how educational activities are used or graded.

Nothing in these Terms transfers WeGoNation LLC's own legal responsibilities to a school or educator.

35. Children's Use

Smart Classroom Solutions may be used by minors for educational purposes.

Parents, guardians, educators, and schools should provide appropriate supervision.

Because Smart Classroom Solutions is designed to avoid storing student names within the certificate system, the Service minimizes the personally identifiable student information required for certificate functionality.

Users should not attempt to use Smart Classroom Solutions to collect unnecessary sensitive information from children.

36. International Use

Smart Classroom Solutions is operated in the United States.

Users accessing the Service from outside the United States are responsible for complying with applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a user to waive a right that cannot legally be waived.

37. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer, privacy, educational, or other rights that may apply.

Nothing in this provision prevents a party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief when legally appropriate.

38. Changes to the Service

Smart Classroom Solutions may evolve over time.

We may introduce:

• new educational tools;
• new quiz formats;
• new certificate functionality;
• new resources;
• new security measures; or
• new classroom features.

If a future feature materially changes how information is collected or processed, we may update the Privacy Policy and these Terms as appropriate.

39. Changes to These Terms

WeGoNation LLC may update these Terms from time to time.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.

Continued use of Smart Classroom Solutions following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

41. No Waiver

Failure by WeGoNation LLC to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive that provision or any other right.

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Smart Classroom Solutions Privacy Policy, and any applicable written agreement between WeGoNation LLC and an educational institution constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the Service.

A separately signed agreement may control where it expressly conflicts with these general Terms.
